About MatriXDeck
We're on a mission to make embedded programming accessible, fun, and creative for everyone.
Our Story
MatriXDeck began in 2023 when a small team of embedded systems engineers and educators wanted to create a teaching tool that was both practical and engaging. We noticed that many students struggled to get excited about programming microcontrollers and understanding hardware interfaces.
Inspired by the design of popular gaming devices like the Steam Deck, we created a versatile LED matrix platform that's both functional and visually appealing. The MatriXDeck is designed to serve as a learning tool, a DIY project platform, and even a decorative piece for any tech enthusiast's desk.
What started as a passion project quickly turned into a full-fledged product that we're proud to share with makers, students, and educators around the world.

Our Mission
Inspire Creativity
We believe that learning happens best when it's creative and fun. MatriXDeck provides a platform where imagination can be brought to life through code and hardware.
Make Technology Accessible
By providing a complete kit with comprehensive documentation, we're lowering the barrier to entry for embedded programming and hardware hacking.
Build Community
We're creating a community of makers, learners, and educators who share ideas, projects, and support each other on their journey with the MatriXDeck.
